The Lincoln County Cloggers are dedicated to keeping Appalachian clog and square dancing alive by honoring its history and passing it on to new generations. Through performances, practices, and community events, we celebrate the music and traditions that have been a vital part of Appalachian culture for generations.
LCC shares their love of Appalachian dance by performing at local events, festivals, nursing homes, etc. By dancing at these community spaces, we help keep Appalachian heritage alive and thriving.
LCC helps support a child’s growth by encouraging learning, dedication, and commitment in a positive team environment. Through regular practice and goal setting, children build confidence, discipline, and responsibility while developing a strong sense of pride in their accomplishments.
LCC is deeply dedicated to the community by offering free lessons to ensure everyone has the opportunity to learn and participate. By removing barriers to access, we create a welcoming environment that encourages involvement, connection, and the sharing of Appalachian dance traditions.
